The Mighty B's
I had my first twin newborn session and these girls are just beyond beautiful. I did learn that keeping one baby from crying is far easier than keeping TWO from crying. This is the first session I've had where I've been puked on, and I have to say, it was totally worth it! I enjoyed every second with these two beauties...I hope their mom will give me the honor of doing it again so I can watch them grow!

Hippity Hoppity Happity Easter!
Easter is fast approaching and I'm booked with plenty of Easter sessions! Yesterday was an overcast day (and as my fellow photogs know, these are the BEST lighting days!). I had a session with the lovely children of three families. The morning was quite eventful! Lots of mommies and daddies trying to get smiles. Despite some moments of panic (C really did NOT like the live bunny), we got some great shots. I always enjoy taking pictures of L&B. They're my "regulars" :-)
I got to take some great shots of a very handsome young man who was looking a little bit Miami Vice. What a gorgeous kid! And his sister...I could have taken pictures of her ALL DAY LONG. The camera loved her stunning little face. Oddly, she wasn't quite as in love with me as I was with her...but we got some great pictures of her anyway!
I'm TWO!
I am SMITTEN with the pictures I got from Lyssa's 2 Year Birthday Session at the park this weekend. I was so worried that she was going to be too bashful to dig into the cake I brought her. Boy, was I wrong. We couldn't tear her away from it! I loved doing this session! It was by far one of the best sessions I've had since becoming a photographer. Days like that make it worth every sacrifice I've made to follow my dream!
What a beautiful day it was...and what a beautiful little girl. Loved every second of it! I have to say, my very favorite is of Lyssa & her mom...there is NOTHING in the world that comes close to the beauty of a mother's love for her child. It's nothing short of perfect when I get to capture a moment like that.
The Return of Baby McDreamy
I had the pleasure of doing Easter pictures for L & M this weekend. With the weather getting nicer, it sure was awesome to get outside! As always, Little McDreamy gave me some great shots...even though he seemed a little sleepy and not so into our session this time. (Do you think he's tired of me aiming that camera at him???) I love photographing his cousin M...the camera really loves her even when she's not smiling. Looking forward to McDreamy's 6 month pictures in April!

Baby Elise
I loved taking pictures of Elise. For such a young baby she was so alert. Her big sister was so much fun too! She didn't want much to do with Elise, and she wanted even littler to do with sitting with her for a picture but I think I got some sweet shots of her anyhow. I finally got to use my new bed prop. I ♥ my baby bed! I'm going to have to think of new and interesting ways to use it!
